Recognizing the dignity of working toward financial independence, we believe in extending “a hand up” rather than “a handout.” To help families achieve lasting economic stability, the Foundation supports programs that combine immediate relief with pathways to long-term self-sufficiency.

Funded human services include disaster relief, basic needs and crisis stabilization assistance, job readiness training and employment services, supports for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Foundation support is committed primarily to existing partners. New partnership requests must demonstrate capacity to serve a substantial population. The Foundation generally does not fund small or early-stage organizations.
