WHAT DOES THE MCNAIR FOUNDATION FUND?
The McNair Foundation invests in programs that strengthen Houston as a place of opportunity, innovation, resilience and community vitality. Please reference What We Fund for more information about our philanthropic priorities.
DOES THE MCNAIR FOUNDATION BUY TABLES AT EVENTS/GALAS?
The McNair Foundation does not purchase tickets, tables or sponsorships at fundraising events (i.e., golf tournaments, luncheons, galas). We have chosen to focus our philanthropic efforts on significant, strategic investments in order to create the most impact.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT THE MCNAIR FOUNDATION?

CAN THE FOUNDATION SUPPORT A BUSINESS OR INDIVIDUAL?
The Foundation is unable to support for profit businesses or individuals. Requests for business investment, loans, funding for individuals or non-charitable endeavors will not receive a response.
HOW CAN SOMEONE BE CONSIDERED FOR A MCNAIR SCHOLARSHIP?
McNair scholarships are bestowed through a rigorous selection process managed by the respective academic institutions. The McNair Foundation is not involved in reviewing or endorsing scholars, nor does it fund individual scholarship recipients. All inquiries related McNair Scholar opportunities should be directed to the organizations that manage the research and scholarships programs.
